1. Binding Agreement
Entry to the Illusions Magic Show is granted strictly on the condition that you accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or receiving a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any venue rules and lawful instructions from authorised staff.

2. Event Admission
Admission will only be granted upon presentation of identification matching the name used at the time of ticket purchase. Please ensure you bring appropriate ID with you to the venue.

3. Ticket Purchase Limits
Magic Theatre Productions PTY LTD reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per transaction and cancel any tickets that exceed published limits, including those associated with identical customer details.

4. Proof of Age & Entry
Certain performances may be designated as 18+. Where applicable, guests must present valid photo ID for entry. Entry will be denied to underage patrons without refund. Magic Theatre Productions PTY LTD reserves the right to remove any person unable to produce valid proof of age or who violates age restrictions.

5. Behaviour and Conduct
All guests must behave in an orderly and respectful manner. Disruptive, offensive, abusive, intoxicated, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund. All patrons must comply with directions from theatre staff at all times.

6. Photography and Recording
• Photography and video recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.
• Personal (non-professional) photos before or after the show may be permitted.
• Flash photography, video, or professional camera equipment is not allowed without written approval.
• By entering, you consent to being filmed or photographed by authorised event personnel for promotional purposes.

7. Alcohol and Smoking
• The theatre is fully licensed. No outside alcohol is permitted.
• Alcoholic beverages must remain within the theatre and may not be taken outside.
• Proof of age is required for alcohol purchases.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the theatre premises and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

8. Food and Beverage
No external food or drinks may be brought into the venue. Unsealed, empty plastic water bottles (non-glass) may be brought in and filled on-site. Glass containers are strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted:
• External alcohol or illegal substances
• Weapons, fireworks, explosives, or glass of any kind
• Professional audio/visual equipment
• Skateboards, scooters, or personal mobility devices
• Strollers and prams (not permitted inside the theatre)
• Any item deemed disruptive or unsafe by staff

10. Ticket Transfers & Resale
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. Breaches may result in cancellation without refund. Transfers or name changes (where available) must be made through approved ticketing platforms and may incur a fee.

11. Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter reserves the right to:
• Change, substitute, or vary show content, performers, and scheduling
• Alter the venue or relocate the performance
• Refuse admission or remove patrons for valid reasons
No refunds will be issued for program changes or personal scheduling conflicts.

12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Theatre Productions PTY LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising during your attendance. Entry is at your own risk.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Magic Theatre Productions PTY LTD and its venue partners for any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misconduct at the event.

14. Health & Safety
• You must comply with all safety signage and instructions.
• Appropriate footwear is required.
• This performance may include theatrical effects such as smoke, pyrotechnics, lasers, strobe lights, and ultraviolet lighting. All effects are industry-compliant and safe.

15. Theatre Etiquette & Venue Policies
• Mobile phones must be switched off or silenced during the show.
• Please remain seated throughout the performance.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Minimum suggested age is 4 years.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted once the performance has begun. Entry may only be granted at a suitable break or intermission (if any). Tickets may be transferred to a later show at the discretion of management.
• Re-entry may not be permitted once you exit the theatre.
• Guests behaving disruptively may be removed without refund.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at any time.

Personal information collected during the ticketing or attendance process is managed in accordance with our privacy policy and relevant laws. Your data may be used for essential communications or promotional purposes if you have opted in.

Please help us maintain a clean and magical theatre environment by disposing of all rubbish in the bins provided.

Any part of these Terms and Conditions deemed unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
